Viewing HD Videos using the Mobiclip Codec

1. Installation of the Codec
- Download and run the installation file on your PC. (Mobiclip_Video_Codec.MSI)
- During the installation you will see a Windows warning message. You must accept to run the installation, so please do this.

2. Viewing Videos
- Download the video file from the website and and open it.  Your default media player will open and play the video.
- You may either double-click on the video file (.AVI), or add the file to your player's video playlist.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Q: I have downloaded a video clip, but do not see anything playing.
A: After downloading videos, you must manually start the video playback.  Click on the .AVI video file you downloaded to do this, or add it to your player's playlist, and start it from inside the player. 

Q: When I play a video, I can hear sound but do not see any video images.
A: The Mobiclip Codec is not properly installed.  Please uninstall, and then reinstall the codec using step 1 above.

Q: When I play a video, I see an error message or nothing at all happens.
A: Videos can only be played for a limited amount of time, and an Internet connection is required to authorize video playback.  If a video can not be played, either it has expired or you are unable to connect to the digital rights management server.
